Free one-on-one life/work coaching consultation.
This free coaching consultation session is designed to enable you to check whether coaching is what you really need and if you would like to be coached by me.
During this call we will: discuss what coaching is (and what it is not), start to explore what you would like to work on during coaching and cover some basics about working with me. Afterwards, once you have had time to reflect, you should be in a position to know if coaching, and having me as your coach, is right for you.

During your free consultation, once we have explored whether coaching is what you need and if we think we can work well together, we will agree what a suitable number of sessions might be, over what period of time.
I offer:

Pro Bono (free) one-on-one life/work coaching for people on a low income
Believing as I do in the importance of striving for a fairer and more equal society and the incredible value of coaching in helping people change and improve their lives I want it to be available for everyone, including those who cannot afford to pay for it.
I can only afford to offer a few packages for free each year but please get in touch to see if I have availability if you feel coaching could change and improve your life but you cannot afford it just now because you are on a very low income or genuinely without the funds to pay.
If you are considering taking advantage of this free offer, please remember that honesty is an integral part of the coaching process, without which it does not work.
I offer a free 4 session package for this scheme with a free consultation beforehand to make sure coaching is what you need and for both of us to see whether or not we would work well together.
